Article 52 of Traffic Law No. 49 of 2008

لمجلس الوزراء إصدار الأنظمة اللازمة لتنفيذ أحكام هذا القانون بما في ذلك :-
أ-النقاط المرورية بما في ذلك تحديد نقاط لعدد من مخالفات السير المنصوص عليها في هذا
القانون وذلك حسب
جسامة كل منها ، وكذلك تحديد مجموع النقاط التي تستوجب وقف العمل برخصة القيادة
للمدة التي يحددها
النظام وشروط إعادة العمل بها وبما يتناسب مع مجموعة النقاط المتراكمة .
ب-نظام الأبعاد القصوى والأوزان الإجمالية وقوة المحرك للمركبات ونقل الحمولات ذات
الأحجام والأوزان
الثقيلة وبروز الحمولة.
ج-نظام قواعد السير والمرور على الطرق .
