Article text
1 - يعاقب بالأشغال المؤبدة كل اردني أقدم بأية وسيلة كانت بقصد شل الدفاع الوطني على
الاضرار بالمنشآت والمصانع
والبواخر والمركبات الهوائية والأدوات والذخائر والأرزاق وسبل المواصلات وبصورة عامة بأي شيء
ذي طابع عسكري أو معد
لاستعمال الجيش أو القوات التابعة له.
2 - يحكم بالاعدام اذا حدث الفعل زمن الحرب أو عند توقع نشوبها أو أفضى إلى تلف نفس.
