( 4 ) الاتصال بالعدو لمقاصد غير مشروعة
يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تقل عن سنتين وبغرامة لا تنقص عن ماية دينار كل أردني ، وكل شخص
ساكن في المملكة أقدم أو حاول
أن يقدم مباشرة أو بواسطة شخص مستعار على صفقة تجارية أو أية صفقة شراء أو بيع أو
مقايضة مع أحد رعايا العدو. أو مع
شخص ساكن بلاد العدو.
