من أخفى او اختلس أموال دولة معادية أو أموال أحد رعاياها المعهود بها الى حارس عوقب
بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على سنتين
أو بغرامة لا تزيد على مائة دينار أو بكلتا العقوبتين.
