( 2 ) اغتصاب سلطة سياسية أو مدنية أو قيادة عسكرية
: يعاقب بالاعتقال الموقت سبع سنوات على الأقل
1 - من اغتصب سلطة سياسية أو مدنية أو قيادة عسكرية.
2 . - من احتفظ خلافاً لأمر الحكومة بسلطة مدنية أو قيادة عسكرية
3 . - كل قائد عسكري أبقى جنده محتشداً بعد أن صدر الأمر بتسريحه أو بتفريقه
