( 3 ) الفتنة
يعاقب بالأشغال مؤبداً على الاعتداء الذي يستهدف اما إثارة الحرب الأهلية أو الاقتتال الطائفي
بتسليح الأردنيين
أو بحملهم على التسلح بعضهم ضد البعض الآخر ، واما بالحض على التقتيل والنهب في محلة
أو محلات ويقضى بالاعدام إذا
تم الاعتداء.
