( 2 ) حمل الأسلحة والذخائر وحيازتها دون إجازة
يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تتجاوز ستة أشهر وبغرامة أقصاها عشرة دنانير كل من حمل خارج منزله
سلاحاً ممنوعاً من
الأسلحة المبينة في المادة السابقة.
