يعاقب على الذم بالحبس من ثلاثة أشهر الى سنتين اذا كان موجهاً الى مجلس الامة او أحد
أعضائه أثناء عمله او
بسبب ما أجراه بحكم عمله او الى احدى الهيئات الرسمية او المحاكم او الادارات العامة او
الجيش او الى أي
موظف أثناء قيامه بوظيفته او بسبب ما أجراه بحكمها.
