( 3 ) اختلاف الجرائم والافتراء
من أخبر السلطة القضائية او أية سلطة يجب عليها إبلاغ السلطة القضائية عن جريمة يعرف أنها
لم ترتكب ، ومن
كان سبباً في مباشرة تحقيق تمهيدي او قضائي باختلاقه أدلة مادية على جريمة كهذه ، عوقب
بالحبس مدة لا
تتجاوز ستة أشهر او بغرامة لا تزيد على عشرة دنانير او بكلتا هاتين العقوبتين.
