إذا رجع المخبر عن اخباره او المفتري عن افترائه قبل أية ملاحقة ، يحكم عليه بسدس العقوبات
المنصوص عليها في المادتين
السابقتين ، وإن كان رجوعه عما عزاه او اعترافه باختلاق الأدلة المادية بعد الملاحقات القانونية ،
حط عنه ثلثا العقوبات
المنصوص عليها في المادتين السابقتين.
