( 7 ) اليمين الكاذبة
1 - من حلف - بصفة كونه مدعياً أم مدعى عليه - اليمين الكاذبة في دعوى حقوقية عوقب
بالحبس من ستة أشهر
الى ثلاث سنوات وبالغرامة من خمسة دنانير الى خمسين ديناراً.
2 - ويعفى من العقوبة اذا رجع الى الحقيقة قبل أن يبت في الدعوى التي كانت موضوع
. اليمين بحكم ولو لم يكن مبرماً
