كل من وجه التماسا الى قاض كتابة أم مشافهة محاولا بذلك أن يؤثر بوجه غير مشروع في
نتيجة إجراءات قضائية عوقب بالحبس لمدة لا تتجاوز ستة أشهر أو بغرامة لا تزيد على مائتي
دينار أو بكلتا هاتين العقوبتين .
