يعاقب بالحبس حتى ثلاثة أشهر او بغرامة حتى عشرة دنانير أو بكلتا هاتين العقوبتين من
يقدم علانية على فتح اكتتابات أو الاعلان عنها بأية وسيلة من وسائل النشر للتعويض عما
قضت به محكمة جزائية من غرامات او رسوم او عطل وضرر .
