( 4 ) العقوبة التكديرية
تتراوح مدة الحبس التكديري بين أربع وعشرين ساعة وأسبوع ، وتنفذ في المحكوم عليهم في
أماكن غير الأماكن المخصصة للمحكوم
عليهم بعقوبات جنائية أو جنحية ما أمكن.
