الفصل الثالث
في استيفاء الحق بالذات
من استوفى حقه بنفسه وهو قادر على ان يراجع في الحال السلطة ذات الصلاحية عوقب
بالحبس
مدة لا تقل عن شهر ولا تزيد على ستة أشهر أو بغرامة لا تقل عن خمسين ديناراً أو بكلتا هاتين
العقوبتين.
