Article text
1 - من قلد ختما او ميسما او علامة او مطرقة خاصة بادارة عامة أردنية او قلد دمغة تلك الادوات او
ختم او إمضاء او علامة أحد موظفي الحكومة .
2 - ومن استعمل لغرض غير مشروع أية علامة من العلامات الرسمية المذكورة في الفقرة
السابقة صحيحة كانت او مزورة .
عوقب بالحبس من سنة الى ثلاث سنوات وبغرامة من عشرة دنانير الى خمسين دينارا .
