كل من ارتكب إحدى الجرائم المبينة في المادتين السابقتين الأخيرتين وكان قد أدين فيما مضى
بارتكاب أي جرم من تلك الجرائم يعاقب بالأشغال مدة لا تزيد على خمس سنوات.
