كل من:
1 - تداول سكة معدنية غير الذهبية والفضية زائفة مع علمه بأنها زائفة ، أو
2 - أحرز ثلاث قطع او أكثر من المسكوكات المعدنية المذكورة الزائفة بقصد تداول أي منها مع
. علمه بأنها زائفة
يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على سنة واحدة.
