كل من خرب او أتلف او دنس مكان عبادة او شعارا او أي شيء تقدسه جماعة من الناس قاصدا بذلك إهانة دين أية جماعة من النا
ذلك مع علمه بأن تلك الجماعة ستحمل فعله هذا على محمل الاهانة لدينها يعاقب بالحبس من ستة أشهر الى سنتين أو بغرامة
دينارا الى مائتي دينار أو بكلتا هاتين العقوبتين .
