Article text
1 - كل من ترك قاصراً لم يكمل الخامسة عشرة من عمره دون سبب مشروع او معقول ويؤدي
الى تعريض حياته للخطر ، او على وجه
يحتمل ان يسبب ضررا مستديماً لصحته يعاقب بالحبس من ثلاثة أشهر إلى سنة .
2 - وتكون العقوبة الحبس من سنة إلى ثلاث سنوات إذا كان القاصر لم يكمل الثانية عشرة من
عمره . أو كان ذا إعاقة مهما بلغ عمره
