لا يجوز استعمال الأسباب المخففة في جرائم الاعتداء على العرض الواردة في هذا الفصل
إذا كان المجني عليه لم يكمل الثامنة عشرة من عمره عند وقوع الجريمة ، ذكراً كان أو أنثى او
كان ذا إعاقة ، وكان الجاني قد أكمل الثامنة عشرة من عمره.
