كل امرأة يثبت عليها انها تؤثر على حركات بغي بصورة يظهر معها بأنها تساعد تلك المرأة او
ترغمها على مزاولة البغاء مع شخص آخر او على مزاولة البغاء بوجه عام ، تعاقب بالحبس حتى
سنتين و بغرامة مقدارها مائتا دينار .
