Article text
يعاقب بالأشغال المؤبدة على القتل قصدا اذا ارتكب :
1 - تمهيدا لجنحة او تسهيلا او تنفيذا لها او تسهيلا لفرار المحرضين على تلك الجنحة او فاعليها او
المتدخلين فيها ، أو للحيلولة بينهم وبين العقاب .
2 - على موظف في اثناء ممارسته وظيفته او من أجل ما أجراه بحكم الوظيفة .
3 - على أكثر من شخص .
4 - مع تعذيب المقتول بشراسة قبل قتله .
