Article text
يجوز فرض الكفالة الاحتياطية:
1 - في حالة الحكم من أجل تهديد أو تهويل.
2 . - في حالة الحكم من أجل تحريض على جناية لم تفض الى نتيجة
3 - إذا كان ثمة مجال للخوف من أن يعود المحكوم عليه الى إيذاء المجني عليه أو أحد أفراد
