( يعاقب على القدح بأحد الناس المقترف باحدى الصور المذكورة في المادتين 188 و 189 )
وكذلك على التحقير الحاصل باحدى
( الصور الواردة في المادة 190 ) بالحبس من أسبوع الى ثلاثة أشهر او بالغرامة من خمسة دنانير
الى خمسة وعشرين دينارا.
