( 5 ) وقف هيئة معنوية عن العمل أو حلها
يمكن وقف كل نقابة وكل شركة أو جمعية وكل هيئة اعتبارية ما خلا الادارات العامة اذا اقترف
مديروها أو أعضاء إدارتها
أو ممثلوها أو عمالها بأسمها أو بأحدى وسائلها جناية أو جنحة مقصودة يعاقب عليها بسنتي
حبس على الأقل.
