Article text
1 - يعاقب بالحبس من اسبوع الى سنة او بغرامة لا تزيد على خمسين ديناراً من نزع آلة وضعت
لاطفاء الحرائق او
غير مكانها او جعلها غير صالحة للعمل.
2 - ويعاقب بالعقوبة نفسها من كان مجبراً بحكم القانون او الأنظمة على اقتناء آلة لاطفاء
الحرائق فاغفل تركيبها
وفاقا للأصول او لم يبقها صالحة للعمل دائما.
