1 - يعاقب بالاشغال المؤقتة من حطم او عطل آلات الاشارة أو استعمل إشارات مغلوطة او أية
. وسيلة خاصة أخرى بقصد إغراق سفينة او إسقاط مركبة هوائية
2 - واذا نجم عن الفعل غرق السفينة او سقوط المركبة الهوائية ، كانت العقوبة عشر سنوات
