Article 403 of Penal Code No. 16 of 1960
Article text
1 - إذا حصل فعل السلب باستعمال العنف على الاشخاص سواء لتهيئة الجريمة او تسهيلها ،
وسواء لتأمين هرب الفاعلين او الاستيلاء على المسروق يعاقب الفاعل بالاشغال المؤقتة مدة لا
تنقص عن خمس سنوات.
2 - وإذا وقع فعل السلب من قبل شخص واحد سواء كان نهاراً ام ليلاً عوقب الفاعل بالأشغال
