Article text
1 - يعفى من العقوبة ، كل شخص ارتكب جريمة أخفاء الأشياء المسروقة او جريمة تخبئة
الأشخاص الذين اشتركوا في السرقة
( المنصوص عليها في المادتين 83 و 84 ) إذا أخبر السلطة عن أولئك الشركاء قبل أية ملاحقة ، او
أتاح القبض ولو بعد مباشرة
الملاحقات على من يعرف مخبأهم.
2 - لا تسرى أحكام هذه المادة على المكررين.
