كل من أقدم باستعماله عيارات او مكاييل او عدد وزن او كيل مغشوشة او غير مضبوطة - وهو
عالم بها - على غش
العاقد في كمية الشيء المسلم يعاقب بالحبس من ثلاثة أشهر الى سنتين وبالغرامة من
عشرة دنانير الى خمسين ديناراً.
