من أهمل من أصحاب الفنادق والحانات والغرف المفروشة المعدة للايجار أن يمسك حسب
الأصول دفتراً يدون فيه بالتسلسل اسم
كل شخص نام او قضى الليل في نزله وصنعته ومحل ولادته وتاريخها وتاريخ نزوله عنده وتاريخ
تركه المنزل ومن لم يبرز هذا
لدفتر عند كل طلب من السلطة ذات الاختصاص يعاقب بالغرامة حتى خمسة دنانير.
