الفصل الثاني
في المخالفات ضد الآداب والراحة العامة والثقة العامة
من استحم على مرآى من المارة بوضع مغاير للحشمة ، ومن ظهر في محل عام او مباح للعامة
بمثل ذلك الوضع يعاقب بالحبس
مدة لا تزيد على اسبوع وبالغرامة حتى خمسة دنانير.
