الفصل الرابع
في سقوط الأحكام الجزائية
أحكام عامة
الأسباب التي تسقط الأحكام الجزائية أو تمنع تنفيذها أو تؤجل صدورها هي:
1 - وفاة المحكوم عليه.
2 . - العفو العام
3 . - العفو الخاص
4 . - صفح الفريق المتضرر
5 . - التقادم
6 - وقف التنفيذ
7 - اعادة الاعتبار ، ويترتب عليها سقوط الحكم القاضي بالادانة في اي جريمة جنائية او جنحية ،
ومحو جميع آثاره بالنسبة
للمستقبل بما في ذلك الحرمان من الحقوق وأي آثار جرميه اخرى.
