الفصل الرابع
في مخالفة التدابير الصادرة من السلطة
1 - يعاقب بالحبس حتى ثلاثة اشهر وبغرامة خمسين ديناراً من امتنع عن تنفيذ أي قرار تصدره أي جهة
قضائية من أجل القيام او عدم القيام بأي فعل ويعاقب بالعقوبة ذاتها من يمنع منعاً فعلياً إقامة
أبنية قد صدر الترخيص من السلطات المختصة بانشائها.
2 - يعاقب بالغرامة حتى خمسين دينارا من أهمل او رفض طاعة أوامر السلطة الادارية باصلاح او هدم الأبنية
