Article text
اذا ارتكب عدة أشخاص متحدين جناية أو جنحة ، أو كانت الجناية أو الجنحة تتكون من عدة أفعال
فأتى كل
واحد منهم فعلا أو أكثر من الأفعال المكونة لها وذلك بقصد حصول تلك الجناية أو الجنحة
اعتبروا جميعهم شركاء
فيها وعوقب كل واحد منهم بالعقوبة المعينة لها في القانون ، كما لو كان فاعلاً مستقلا لها.
