( فيما خلا الحالة المنصوص عليها في الفقرة )هـ( من المادة 80 ) من هذا القانون من أقدم وهو
عالم بالأمر على
إخفاء الأشياء الداخلة في ملكية الغير التي نزعت أو اختلست أو حصل عليها بارتكاب جناية أو
جنحة ، عوقب
بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على سنتين وبغرامة لا تتجاوز الخمسين ديناراً.
