لا يعاقب اي موظف في اي نقابة للعمال او اي عضو فيها ولا تتخذ اي اجراءات قانونية او قضائية
بحقه بسبب اتفاق ابرم
بين اعضاء
النقابة بشأن اي غاية من الغايات المشروعة لنقابات العمال على ان لا يخالف الاتفاق القوانين
والانظمة المعمول بها.
