Article 125 of Labour Law No. 8 of 1996
Article text
- يكون للمحكمة العمالية ولمجلس التوفيق عند النظر في نزاع عمالي الصلاحيات التالية:
أ- سماع أقوال أي شخص الاستعانة بخبرته في النزاع بعد القسم.
ب- تكليف اي طرف من أطراف النزاع بابراز المستندات والبيانات التي لديه وتراها المحكمة او
المجلس ضرورية
للنظر أو الفصل في النزاع.
