Article 128 of Labour Law No. 8 of 1996
Article text
أ- يكون تقرير مجلس التوفيق وقرار المحكمة العمالية كتابيا ويوقعه جميع أعضاء المجلس او
المحكمة وفقاً لمقتضى الحال
ويصدر
قرار المحكمة بالإجماع أو بالأكثرية ويجب على كل عضو مخالف من أعضاء المجلس او المحكمة
أن يثبت رأيه كتابة في التقرير
أو القرار.
ب- ينشر تقرير المجلس او قرار المحكمة العمالية في صحيفة محلية او أكثر على نفقة أصحاب
النزاع خلال ثلاثين يوماًً
من تاريخ تسلم الوزير التقرير او القرار.
