على صاحب العمل ان يشغل من العمال ذوي الإعاقة النسبة المحددة في قانون حقوق
الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة النافذ ووفق الشروط الواردة فيه
وان يرسل الى الوزارة بياناً يحدد فيه الأعمال التي يشغلها ذوو الإعاقة واجر كل منهم.
