Article 134 of Labour Law No. 8 of 1996
Article text
لا يجوز لأي عامل ان يضرب او لأي صاحب عمل أن يغلق مؤسسته في أي من الحالات التالية:-
أ- إذا كان النزاع محالا على مندوب التوفيق او مجلس التوفيق أو المحكمة العمالية.
ب- خلال المدة التي تكون فيها أي تسوية نافذه المفعول أو أي قرار معمول به وكان الاضراب او
الاغلاق يتعلق بالمسائل
المشمولة بتلك التسوية أو ذلك القرار.
