لا يلزم العامل بالقيام بعمل يختلف اختلافاً بيناً عن طبيعة العمل المتفق عليه في عقد العمل
إلا إذا دعت الضرورة إلى
ذلك منعاًًلوقوع حادث أو لإصلاح ما نجم عنه أو في حالة القوة القاهرة وفي الأحوال الأخرى التي
ينص عليها القانون على أن
يكون ذلك في حدود طاقته وفي حدود الظرف الذي أقتضى هذا العمل.
