اذا توفي العامل تؤول الى ورثته الشرعيين جميع حقوقه المقررة بمقتضى احكام هذا القانون
بالاضافة الى حقوقه في اي من
( الصناديق المنصوص عليها في المادة 33 ) من هذا القانون.
