لا يجوز لصاحب العمل او العامل ان يسمح بأدخال اي نوع من الخمور او المخدرات و المؤثرات
العقلية او العقاقير
الخطرة الى اماكن العمل او ان يعرضها فيها كما لا يجوز لآي شخص الدخول لتلك الاماكن او
البقاء فيها لأي سبب
من الاسباب وهو تحت تأثير تلك المشروبات او العقاقير.
