للوزير بعد استطلاع اراء الجهات المعنية ان يصدر تعليمات يحدد بموجبها كل عمل لا يجوز
تشغيل اي شخص فيه قبل اجراء
الفحص الطبي عليه للتأكد من لياقته الصحية للقيام بذلك العمل وتنشر التعليمات التي تصدر
بمقتضى هذه المادة في صحيفتين
محليتين يوميتين وفي الجريدة الرسمية.
