Article 95 of Labour Law No. 8 of 1996
Article text
لا يجوز في اي حالة من الحالات رهن التعويض الواجب دفعه بمقتضى احكام هذا القانون او
الحجز عليه الا لدين النفقة
وفيما لا يتجاوز ثلث مبلغ التعويض كما لا يجوز احالته الى اى شخص آخر غير العامل او
المستحقين عنه او الادعاء بتقاص
التعويض المستحق بعد وفاة العامل.
