Article text
أ- تنشأ محكمة تسمى (المحكمة الإدارية العليا) يكون مقرها في عمان وتتألف من رئيس وعدد
من القضاة.
ب- يعين رئيس المحكمة الإدارية العليا بقرار من المجلس على أن يقترن القرار بالإرادة الملكية
السامية.
ج- يكون رئيس المحكمة الإدارية العليا برتبة وراتب رئيس محكمة التمييز كما يكون القاضي
ورئيس النيابة العامة الإدارية فيها برتبة وراتب قاضي محكمة التمييز.
