إذا وقع خلاف على الاختصاص في أي دعوى بين المحكمة الإدارية ومحكمة اخرى فيتم تعيين
المرجع للنظر في تلك الدعوى من هيئة قضائية مؤلفة من رئيس محكمة التمييز رئيسا وعضوية
رئيس المحكمة الإدارية العليا وقاضيين من محكمة التمييز يسميهما المجلس وقاض من
. المحكمة الإدارية العليا يسميه رئيسها
