مع مراعاة أحكام هذا القانون تسري على قضاة محاكم القضاء الإداري ورئيس النيابة العامة
الإدارية ومساعديه الأحكام والقواعد القانونية التي تسري على القضاة النظاميين بما في ذلك
احكام قانون استقلال القضاء.
